Our standard office hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
You can access your site between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For access outside of these hours, prior notification is required.
It is your responsibility to maintain full and comprehensive insurance for your caravan or stored asset.
Please note that a cancellation fee of $15 will apply to cover administration and associated transaction fees for booking cancellation requests.
True North is a purpose built secure facility located north of Adelaide, in the industrial area of Roseworthy. It currently has 60 secure storage bays.
Storage fees are to be paid monthly and paid one month in advance. They are calculated from the date specified on your booking and will be deducted automatically each month thereafter. Payments are processed via direct debit as specified in the booking confirmation. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in an interest charge of 2% per annum above the standard rate, calculated daily on
outstanding amounts from the due date until full payment is received.
Clients are responsible for insuring their stored vehicle, including all goods and items within, for at least its replacement value during the entire storage period. True North Caravan Storage, its insurers, owners, and directors are not liable for any damage, theft, or loss incurred while the vehicle is stored.
Failure to make a payment within 60 days of the direct debit date, True North Caravan Storage may give you 14 days’ notice of its intention to sell any or all the goods at your cost, by public auction or private treaty. If all the amount’s outstanding are not paid within the period specified in the notice, True North Caravan Storage may apply the net proceeds of any such sale to the amount owed.
Either party may terminate this storage agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice. True North Caravan Storage reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the client breaches these terms and fails to rectify the breach within 7 days of receiving written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding amounts become payable immediately. If the agreement is terminated early, the client remains
responsible for charges accruing from the termination date until the end of the agreed storage period.

All notices must be in writing and delivered by personal service or registered post to the addresses provided in the invoice or as designated in written communication.
All items must be placed inside the stored vehicle, there are to be no loose items (bikes, chairs etc) left outside of the stored vehicle.

If you take your stored vehicle out of storage for a period and wish to hold your spot, your agreement must stay in place and monthly fees continue to be paid.
